I am beyond grateful for Nancy not only professional at what she does but the personal touch was incredible. My parents lived in their home for 45 years and are now in a nursing facility, i walked away with great feeling of closure knowing the buyers choice was the right fit. This chapter is closed for us but it is surrounded by gratitude ♥️ for her and her team. She truly cares.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nancy Walsh to purchase our retirement home in Exeter. From the beginning of our search to the closing day, Nancy was there every step of the way. She was always prompt in responding to us. Whenever we reached out to her, she made us feel like a priority. Nancy gave us so much invaluable guidance. She took the time to explain every step to us, making sure we understood each detail before moving forward. Nancy was also always available to show us homes, often accommodating our busy schedules from out of state. Nancy was magnificent. She is so knowledgeable and made us aware of every detail along the way. Her suggested price for the sale of the house was just right. We got much more than we expected. Her advice really helped us to get through the process and make the most of our sale. I would recommend Nancy without hesitation to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

As we prepared to sell our house, we researched comps in our area that sold well in the last year, understanding that the last year had some pandemic fervor in these sales. We interviewed 3 agents from those sales, Nancy being one of them. That gave us a very good understanding of the distinction between these agents. One seemed to be coasting thru the pandemic fervor and would agree to anything we said. One wanted to price the house about 10% lower than comps, presumably to sell quick and get out with a commission. Nancy did a complete analysis of local comps, including plusses and minuses of the details of each compared to our home, to come up with a recommended pricing strategy. She was extremely engaged in prepping our house for photos and showings, which edged our house in front of other competition on the market at that time. She set up multiple showings on the first weekend on the market and helped us negotiate our best offer less than a week in. And just as important, she stayed fully engaged thru to the closing - such as making sure the appraiser was fully informed and making the buyer walk-thrus go flawlessly. She was a pleasure to work with. I concede that there is still lingering pandemic fervor that may have helped us sell so quickly. But we also watch local real estate closely and can clearly see the impact of Nancy's work on our sale over other homes that continue to sit on the MLS that are clearly overpriced and/or certainly aren't presented as well as Nancy demanded. We haven't hired a real estate agent in nearly 30 years so we had a lot to learn in today's market. We're very glad we signed on with Nancy Walsh and would strongly recommend her to anyone selling their home. We really appreciate her work in getting our home sold.

Trusted, confident, knowledgeable, straight forward...there aren't enough words to describe Nancy's professionalism. At the same time she treats you like a friend that you have known forever.

Nancy's broad & deep knowledge, resources, and proactive "no-bs, charmingly aggressive" nature suggested to us that we'd be a good fit. She's terrific. Nancy is the best Realtor we have worked with in 40 years of buying/selling homes. Knowledgeable, quick/sharp, always going the extra mile to facilitate/coordinate repairs, tax abatement, showings, etc. She was always available by phone or text. Even after the sale of my house I knew I could still contact Nancy, which I did. I had noticed there was a stop payment on the check I got from the sale of my house and instead of calling the title company directly I contacted Nancy and she came to my aid. Someone had hacked into the title companies system and sent an email authorizing a stop payment on my check and instructed to wire the cash to another acct. I was beside myself. Nancy made the appropriate calls and put my mind at ease. She also will follow-up with me since this just happened yesterday. I am very happy again to know she is my personal agent and will certainly recommend her to my family and close friends.
